TIME on the MOUNTAIN: 16 HOURS 10.30 PM – 02.30 PM (On Next day) ​ DISTANCE: ± 15 km (With crater exploration) ELEVATION GAIN: ± 2000 m (start from 1000 m - 3042 m) ​ DIFFICULTY: * Very Challenging - Hard for a Beginner Hiker * Intermediate to Challenging for Common Hiker * Out of 6 stage, (1 is easy incline, 1 medium incline and 4 hard incline) ​TEMPERATURE AT HIGHEST CAMPSITE & TOP 5°C - 10°C : The range in the Night *In the clear day, going down and up the campsite will be super hot especially first 3 level in the clear sky.

ITINERARY
09.30 PM - 10.00 PM
We arrive at the starting point in Pura Pengalusan and doing the preparation also a respectful ceremony in the Temple before we go
10.00 PM – 10.15 PM
Hike preparation/breafing still for the 7 hours hike with rest along the way through 6 stage/different altitude.
10.15 PM - 11.30 PM
The hike begin going to stage one! the most flat part of the hike
11.45 PM - 01.15 AM
End of stage one, we are doing a a little rest, Then the journey continue with more incline to stage two - the most challenging part!
01.15 AM - 02.00 AM
Soon after we reach the end of stage two, we having another short rest to keep our body warm. Then attempt for stage three soon after
02.00 AM - 02.30 AM
In the end of stage three, we'll having a food/snack break.
02.30 AM - 03.30 AM
The steep/challenging hike continue to stage four in 1 hour
03.30 AM - 04.30 AM
For 4 to 5 another 1 hour
04.30 AM - 05.30 AM
Summit Attempt stage 5 to 6
05.30 AM - 06.30 AM

OPTIONAL: If everybody feel like to witness the crater through some
narrow, on the edge trek. We can go through one more not an Incline
trek but this trek are not for everyone - stage 9,8!

Going back down, usually can be 1 hour shorter or longer depends on how fast/slow we are getting back down since going back down are more harder but less energy then going up - depends on many things:

When we have the ideal situation, where everything go smoothly then by 02.30 pm in the middle of the day will be back at the starting point.

What You Should Prepare

Your body conditions, a good lovely sleep before is really needed for the Adventurous Journey!

Hiking Sandals/ Hiking Shoes (better with a bit bigger size to make your toe comfort) or Running Shoes also okay

Warm Jacket or Wind Breaker

Hat, Scarf or anything to keep your head warm

Sunscreen

OPTIONALS: Glasses, glove, extra clothes/ socks, raincoat

Water (3L are enough for 16 hours journey)

Mineral Water for 1L (better with Tumblr)

Food for midnight meal and in the middle of the next day/lunch needed such as such as dry fruits, nuts or granola
